5 The Informix Wire Protocol Driver

The DataDirect Connect64 for ODBC Informix Wire Protocol driver (the Informix Wire Protocol driver) supports multiple connections to the following Informix database servers:

Informix Dynamic Server 9.2x, 9.3x, 9.4x, and 10.

The Informix Wire Protocol driver is supported in the Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments. See "Environment-Specific Information" for detailed information about the environments supported by this driver.

Refer to the readme file shipped with your DataDirect product for the file name of the Informix Wire Protocol driver.
