ODBC Conformance Level

The following functions are supported:

SQLProcedures
SQLColumnPrivileges
SQLTablePrivileges
SQLPrimaryKeys
SQLForeignKeys
SQLProcedureColumns

The driver also supports scrollable cursors with SQLFetchScroll or SQLExtendedFetch. The driver supports the core SQL grammar.
